Please keep in mind that weeding for condition needs to be an ongoing project. Books that are worn, torn, have food, ink, dirt or other damage are automatically approved for withdrawal. We usually have a quiet period around the end of the December and the beginning of January. This would be a great opportunity to work with all staff to pull those old books from your shelves, delete them, and box them up.

SW and Discovery Green Staff Schedule

Starting the week of December 5, the Discovery Green Schedule will be added to the Frank on-line schedule. Keith and Norma will be the primary staff at Discovery Green, with Anthony as a back up to fill scheduling gaps in the absences of either. Anthony will be primarily scheduled at SW. Carolina will be responsible for scheduling the Discovery Green staff and notifying Thuy when Anthony is needed for coverage. This will be in effect until further notice.
