Good afternoon everyone,
I have been notified by
GSD Security Management that a new firmware update has been applied for
CyberKeys. This update will take effect in the coming days, so you may notice
that your keys will not work. If this happens, please connect the key to the
keypad so that the update can be installed. You will need to hold the key
inside the keypad for a minute or two while the update is applied. Once
prompted, reenter your PIN to reactivate. Please pass along this message to any
team member who has an assigned key that I may have missed. Also, please let me
know if you have any questions. Thank you.
