Open Enrollment is from March 16 through April 13

There will be one Open Enrollment presentation at the Library on April 6 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am in the Central Concourse Meeting Room.  Representatives from the various vendors will be present to discuss new plans and changes to current plans. The Concourse Computer Lab will be available for your use to enroll and make changes to your benefits.

If you are not able to attend this meeting, you may attend the meetings held at these locations and dates:

Open Enrollment is your chance to evaluate your current plans and make changes accordingly. If you have previously waived coverage, log on and choose a reason. You can also re-enroll in the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, add or drop dependents, elect voluntary life insurance and designate beneficiaries.

April Mandatory Team Meeting

The April mandatory team meeting will take place on April 15, not  April 1st as it was originally scheduled. There will be a mandatory youth training on April 1st that several team members will have to attend.
