If customers ask for help with the Comics Plus App, here's a suggestion from Sally Bates in Collection Development:
In general, the Comics Plus App [from the Google Play Store or Apple Store] does not work for us. I am in conversation with tech support there . . .
The best advice I can give is to encourage customers to use our HPL app, which has a link to Comics Plus, rather than the Comics Plus for Libraries app.
In the HPL App, select eBooks & More to access Comics Plus (and other ebook vendors).
