If we have Group Visit and we provide tours or help them with our services, it should be counted as a program and add the statistics onto the online spreadsheet.
Yesterday night we had three groups from ESL classes that visited our library, and we introduced them to our library services (online databases, computer classes, juvenile programs, etc.) We also showed them how to reserve to use on-site computers.
