Per our conversation, staff does have access to adjusting the volume on Early Literacy Stations. The key combination for this is: ALT + CTRL + \ + M, which will then prompt them for a password. The password should be the name of their location (ex. Scenic Woods’ password is scenicwoods). Some of the older early literacy stations are able to adjust the volume using the monitor. If libraries need their passwords reset, please have them contact the helpdesk and we will be more than glad to assist. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Have a great day!
