Three part phone greeting reminder

Team,

Make sure that when you answer the  phone at SWX or Walter you use the official 3 part greeting:

1. Thank the caller for calling the Houston Public Library System.

Thank you for calling the Houston Public Library System.

2. Follow with the name of your branch/unit.

This is the Walter Neighborhood Library.

OR

This is the Southwest Express Library.

3. Offer Assistance.

How may I help you?

I also add my name after the branch name.
