After numerous calls to IT about how SLOWWWWWWWW Mil-Circ has been since the upgrade a few weeks ago, I called again today, and spoke with a wonderful lady who told me to check how much RAM was on the computers (we have 1GB), and she said we need 2GB.
IT said they would write up a ticket and hook our staff computers up with 2GB of RAM to see if that would help speed Mil-Circ up on our side.

Then they came here and decided that it must be a network problem, since III recommends only 1GB of RAM. IT will discuss the matter, send someone to check the network and then determine what needs to be done.
