Issues with SMM--Update

Greetings all,

I contacted Jeff Robin/IT regarding our issues with SMM.

They are requesting that we capture certain information that can help with this issue.

Could you provide details for one or more of the problem transactions? Please include details, such as patron barcode, time of the transaction, and any other relevant information.

Please send to the Helpdesk and Vi Johnson, too. We want to know what is happening on the III server, when errors occur, so it would be helpful if you contact us right away if errors occur.
