Attention: Everyone
I know it's difficult, especially when we're busy, but please try to keep track of all the questions you get in the course of the day from our patrons. We NEED them numbers!
There is a clipboard with monthly sheets (broken down into days) at the desk. Just put a slash mark for each question you get, no matter how mundane the question. Reference questions are grouped together, and all other questions fall into "directional" questions. If you forget you will pay. Kidding! Just try to guess as to the number of questions you received and mark as many slashes as necessary before you leave the desk.
