We have spoken to city Human Resources and we have the ability to code time as scheduled and WORKED for Monday- Wednesday, 9/15 - 9/17. Via the HPL emergency phone line, employees were directed to report to a designated open HPL facility or the Central Library beginning Thursday, September 18. Scheduled time not worked after Wednesday, is subject to normal leave procedures. A Form 605 should be submitted as usual."
As a result, if you did not work the Saturday on September 20th, 2008, you have to work another day to complete your total work hours for the week (either 29 hours or 40 hours).
