FLIP Kit Surveys & Children's Museum Tickets

Greetings all,

We now have surveys for the FLIP kits. They are in an envelope on the same counter as the DVDS/Cds. The surveys are in English and in Spanish. Please give the surveys to customers that return the FLIP kits.

Once you are given a COMPLETED/RETURNED survey, please give the customer the yellow family ticket to the Children's Museum. The ticket is good for 4 family members. One survey per family. Place the completed surveys on my desk.
