**CDs and DVDs**

Greetings all,

When checking in CDs and DVDs - Please open the case and verify that 1-the a CD or DVD is in the case and 2-the CD or DVD is the correct HPL item. In the last week, we've had 2 DVDs checked in that did not include the DVDs inside.

If the CD or DVD is not in the case when the customer hands it to you. Inform them that the item is missing and keep the item checked out on their account. If the item is due, renew the item for them if possible.
