Update the Public Line Greetings at HPL locations

The issue with updating the public line greetings at HPL locations has been resolved.  Please update any internal documents.

 You must now dial 1+10 digit phone number to access the greetings for the branch.  In the past you could just type in the 5 digit internal extension number.  So for example to access Alief’s recordings you will enter 18323931820 instead of just 31820.  It is very important to include the “1” before the 10-digit number.
