Our new Ricoh Printer/Copier/Scanners are almost here!  Starting in late January 2017, all departments will receive their chosen model by April 2017.

The multifunctional devices are brand new, using the latest technology – providing you everything you have today, and so much more: 

·         Each department picked the models and features to meet their needs

·         A full-time customer service rep will be onsite, every day, to handle your urgent needs

·         Users will have easy access to the Scan to my Email function 

·         You’ll have the convenience of printing your documents anywhere there is a CityPrint Supported Ricoh device

·         Documents print when you release them at the device, so there’s no paper left unattended 

What can you expect next?

·         You will receive communications notifying you:

o   When the devices are being installed in your area

o   When and where classroom training will be provided for you

o   How to access online training for these devices from the Learning Management System

·         Classroom training, and additional training support, will be provided to ensure you are comfortable using the Ricoh multi-functional printers.
