As part of our continuous efforts to improve customer
service, network
upgrades were completed last week that have significantly improved Internet
connectivity across all HPL locations.
If
you experience slow connectivity, contact the HelpDesk so our network team can
troubleshoot it. Please include date and time you experience the
slowness, what computer you are using and what website(s) you are trying to
access.
