2018 COMBINED MUNICIPAL CAMPAIGN Give A Little Peace October 2 - 31, 2017

The 2018 Combined Municipal Campaign (CMC) started on Monday, October 2 and will run till October 31. This year's theme is “Give A Little Peace". HPL’s goal is to raise 47, 000 dollars with 100 percent participation from all employees. Your CMC department coordinators have been identified, and are ready to assist you with CMC information and donations.

CMC KICK-OFF Thursday, October 5, 2017 Swag Shirt day will be October 5, 2017. and because of the popular demand to order more shirts an additional Swag Shirt day will be held on October 18, 2017. So please wear your Swag Shirts!  Our LMS Team is hosting a Breakfast Taco Fundraiser from 7:30 am to 9 am at Central Library on the Concourse level near the staff lounge.

ANNUAL FALL FESTIVAL Friday, October 27, 2017 | 11 AM - 1 PM Central Library | Barbara Bush Plaza We will have our Annual Fall Festival on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on the newly renovated Barbara Bush Plaza (at Central Library). The Festival will be an Employee Event, so everyone will be able to mingle and enjoy each other as a group! The Festival will have carnival food tables, festival activities, a talent showcase, photo booth, and a costume and pumpkin contest to name a few. To make the Fall Festival a successful fundraiser event, your department/library, CMC Coordinators will collaborate with their location staff to help sponsor tables and booths. More information on sign up to sponsor and volunteer at the Fall Festival will be available shortly.

If you did not sign up for a fundraiser, there will many opportunities to sponsor food tables and activity booths at the Fall Festival.
