Staff login to be disabled

From IT Help Desk, 11:18AM:
As part of our continual service improvement plan, each HPL location will have its own “branch account” for staff to log in. This will replace the generic “staff” login. Some of you have already been contacted by HelpDesk about it. We plan to disable the staff login by the end of the month (Tuesday, October 31, 2017). This will ensure better information security and lessen the recurring locking out of staff computers.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

NOTE: Our new logins will be wallibrary and swclibrary, which are related to the branch's Outlook accounts.  Karen
