MCAS Training or MAC

If you are interested in taking MCAS training, please complete the Travel Authorization form found on the intranet (https://hplnet.hpl.lib.tx.us/forms/travel-authorization.doc). After completing the form, please complete the Pre-Registration form on the U of H website. Send both documents to me for signinatures and approval. If you have any question please contact me. Thuy can answer questions regarding pre-registration. All request should be submitted to me by Thursday, April 9. Request after Friday, April 10 will NOT be funded.



If you need Mac training please follow the same steps, but pre-register with MAC.
