SOMEONE MAKING DUPLICATE RECORDS

Please be sure NOT to use more than one person on any one account or barcode, whether it be a PowerCard or a Computer Use Card.

I noticed a couple of records the other day that used the same barcode for 2 members of a family, and today someone from Central Circulation called about the same issue on a Computer Use Card (2 names, one barcode).

We don't currently have a family shared card plan. One card per person. One barcode per person.

Pretty please with sugar on top.
