FYI- Whenever anyone in the building brings us our mail, please be sure to put ALL magazines on Eric's desk, so he can check them in and put a barcode on them.
Please do NOT put magazines on display, especially if they do not have a barcode, as the magazine(s) can quickly walk out with a patron(s) and never get counted as having been sent here. For the past few weeks I've been noticing that some new issue magazines are already on display, but have not yet been checked in and do not yet have a barcode.
HPL pays for magazine subscriptions, and our checking them in is part of tracking the magazine subscriptions received. Please remember to put them on Eric's desk.
